SureSafe Pressure Test Unit
This compact air driven pressure test unit is designed to operate in workshop or field environments.
The unit features a stainless-steel frame, stainless steel tank, and stainless-steel control panel which have all been manufactured to the highest standard.
The SureSafe features a low pressure / high volume (for filling) pump and a high pressure / low volume (for pressure testing) pump, up to a maximum 22,500 psi (1,550 bar). (Depending on unit specified).
The unit also comes complete with pressure gauge, shut off valve and the air controls to regulate the pumps.
Various lengths and types of hoses are available upon request.

- Stand alone mechanical chart recorder c/w 10’ hose.
- External suction and/or external dump port.
- Inbuilt memory gauge for storing several months operation.
- Transducer and 12V or 24V Priming pump for filling 60’ of vertical 4.06” lubricator in under 5 minutes (for use on truck only).
- Split tank with panel mounted inline mixer valve for correct ratio mixing.
- CE/ATEX approved.
