Lightweight Lubricator
Lubricator sections have been specifically designed to serve as chambers for deploying wireline tools into the well whilst under pressure.
Our lubricators come in standard lengths of 2 ft to 12 ft and custom lengths are available upon request.
They can also be supplied ported with a ½” NPT port for up to 10,000 psi working pressure, and Autoclave for 10,000 psi working pressure and above. They are available in a full range of sizes, pressure ratings and quick unions.
- Lightweight design utilises high strength stainless steel alloys to reduce the weight by up to 70% of conventional integral lubricators.
- Quick unions are connected to the lubricator tube using a torqued metal to metal primary seal with an elastomer back-up and anti-back off system.
